Nanotech Printing Inks (India) Private limited is a steadily growing Offset Printing Ink
Manufacturer based in the south Indian state of Kerala.
The business was started in 1989 as a partnership firm - High Tech Inks & Chemicals. The firm
commenced operations with the manufacturing of Web offset black ink, which was then the
main colour of ink extensively used by the newspaper industry. Subsequently, it has diversified
into the production of process colours for various types of web offset presses. Apart from that,
the successful development of vegetable oil based newsprint inks for the environment
conscious customer showcases the company’s commitment to product development and its
vision of staying ahead of its time. The business of the erstwhile partnership was taken over by
this company in 2011.
The company has been successful in making it’s mark in the Indian newspaper industry by
being a major supplier of web offset printing inks to one of India’s largest newspaper groups.
The entire production process is carried out under controlled, closely monitored, standardised
conditions to ensure product consistency. Bead mills and hydraulically controlled triple mills
guarantee excellent grinding and dispersion. Regular and random tests and inspections are
carried out on both raw materials and the finished product at the company’s well-equipped,
sophisticated laboratory. Along with that, an experienced work force to ensure the smooth flow
of operations and the timely delivery of products add to the credibility and goodwill of the
company.
Consistency in colour values and other properties of our inks, help the printers in maintaining
WAN-IFRA recommended print standards.
The inks manufactured by the company are widely used on a range of sophisticated high-speed
presses.
